I especially like FPSCx10, its really easy to use except that you cant really mod it.
FPSC (not x10) has awesome scripts that are free to the community in their forums.

How would you go about using the source engine? is it like rpgmaker/fpsc?

Is FPSC even worth it?
It's a whole new scripting language.
I personally think FPSC isnt as good as FPSCx10.
Oh and btw, FPSCx10 doesn't allow modifications/plugins or whatever you call them.
