I remember a link from years ago, a publishing house that took PDF's stored them and allowed users to browse their titles, give out direct links. If you wanted an ebook copy, you'd pay around $5 to $10 and the writer got 60% maybe more. If you wanted a printed copy, they'd send it to you, Europe and...

I got the book, Business Plan for Dummies, one question it asked alot was, what is your company doing? how does it fit into society? how does it benefit and therefore create demand for its product. The Minecraft survival game was a mixture of a demand for people for A) mining games -> Dwarf fortress...

I thought the point which lead this spin off was the 'players trust the GM with his/the dice's decisions' vs ' the GM does things on a whim, players never truly know what will happen next'
