I think the best place to start with unity and learning the JS with it, is start with their tutorials they offer, its where I started at.

You can check their 3rd person tutorial and car tutorial, also their FPS tutorial.

Its a lot more then that, if you get the pro version, and believe me, its worth it. When I have the funds I plan on buying it

ok yeah well if I learn it and get pretty good at it like you I might consider buying it. I know a few games that have been made With unity
