YouTube clone
I am needing help for a website that is similar to YouTube in the way of uploading video and displaying the newest vid. I am looking at doing a webcast show every week, and I want to host it on my home server...but everything I find wont work on a localhost...any help would be greatly appreciated...

Would a blog style thing not suffice?
Skillset: C/C++, OpenGL, C#, Lua, PHP, MySql, Web Dev etc.

Never really looked into it. I just know the kind of site I was looking at wanting, or learning how to make.
