Woot! That worked I was worried that a proxy would just let me sign up, but I guess they don't have geo-restrictions on the actual client. Thank you!

Try a different proxy, look for UK proxys in google.

Basically make a normal playlist, then right click ---> Collaborative. Easy peesy lemon squeezy...

I couldn't find a postal code for the UK...everything I plugged in, wouldn't work...kept telling me it was wrong
