Freelancer is one of the most modable games out of the box ever created, can add own ships, goods, weapons, systems, planets, quests, ect.. Game is 13 years old and still popular and can hold up to 128 players.

I have been playing the crap out of this game on the discovery server, 150+ people at all times and man is it a blast. This would make such an absolute awesome Browser game and really inspires me on my own space game.
