Well, this is an update on the amount (lack) of progress made in the game.

With my games I find I start to make more of a series of mini games, rather than try and make one large, complicated game. That way even if you only get a couple of mini games done (or even just one!) you can wrap up the project with those mini games complete.
That's the advice I can think of, try and draw back the line of ambition and make a mini game with what you've got. Then if you've got time, try to make another mini game attached to it, and so on.
Otherwise you put it off till the weekend, and then on the weekend it just feels like you've got so far to go that you don't feel like spending your weekend time on it.
My thoughts, anyway!
