Hey all,
Long time. I wanted to stop in and ask you all a quick question: If I were to start screencasting the design and development of my game, would people watch?
When I was trying to learn more about 2d game engines, game design, dev etc. I looked and looked for quality content out there (in fact, a ImpactJS tutorial led me to IR), but didn't find much. I feel there are probably more people out there like me than I know. The screencast would have everything from sprite design, character modeling, animation, development, level design, website design, etc.
What are your thoughts?

Yes, people defenitly would watch and you will get helpful feedback as well as potential beta testers.TwoDMayhem wrote:For sure. The one thing that I hope for (if I follow through) is that the game would turn into a community project of sorts. Using feedback to help shape the game.

I would watch probably the archives. I don't have time to sit there and watch anything live.
