Please don't let documentaries convince you of conspiracy theories. You have to keep in mind that the documentary maker is the judge, jury, executioner and the evidence in a documentary. They can say what ever they want to, present anything they want to as fact, distort quotes, etc. There is really no one to call their bluff or to present the other side of the argument.

same could be said about religion lol....
millions of poeple devote their lives to that shit, and its only words on paper end of the day.
This documentry made ALOT of sense and addresses ALOT of issues.

didnt watch the video as there is no IF in the subject to be honest. I just read the comments on this thread, from what I read its something about an earthquake weapon, which could work if we had enough power I guess but not through signals, and it would only work at the edges of the tectonic plates, where they happen naturally anyway. Things like this arent documentarys, they are comedies.

Hehe, and HAARP got the blame for the extreme cold weather we've had in Europe. We apparently shot a high-frequency wave up into the Thermosphere, puncturing it. This caused cold air to flow down to the surface giving us extreme cold weather.
Russian scientists are reporting to Prime Minister Putin today that the high-energy beam fired into the upper heavens from the United States High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) radar facility in Ramfjordmoen, Norway this past month has resulted in a “catastrophic puncturing” of our Plant’s thermosphere thus allowing into the troposphere an “unimpeded thermal inversion” of the exosphere, which is the outermost layer of Earth’s atmosphere.
To the West’s firing of this ‘quantum’ high-energy beam we had previously reported on in our December 10, 2009 report titled “Attack On Gods ‘Heaven’ Lights Up Norwegian Sky”.

Then shouldnt they be happy if it was pakistan reporting it? that way they get to cool down for a while. Where I live we still have snow and it hasnt actually snowed for 2 weeks...Bloody American testing, I bet the same people caused global warming...

As far as Im concerned, if they can do that, then I can control the weather by aiming my arse at the sky, then farting in morse code what I want the weather to be like.
