I actually just remembered that Walmart had a copy of it in one of the small budget-game-sized packages for $10 or under. Maybe I will check there.

How do you know if you are getting 2.0? Since it was obviously packed later than the original large shelf-pack, I wonder if the small budget pack of San Andreas at Walmart may be 2.0.

no it is 1.0 i believe, 2.0 was steam and some direct downloads. You can also go back to 1.0 with a special program. You could always buy it and then torrent the 1.0. I would not consider that bad being you do have a bought copy.

Amazon has "17 used from $1.89" and "10 new from $4.90", so thats probably your cheapest bet. :P

Been playing around a bit on the Stunt Freeroam server, as well as the SARP server...I'm hooked =]

It's awesome.

haha me too, i have been playing on the COD server but it is laggy because of all the players, he gave the script so I may make my own server.

I have actually lost my job over samp befor hahaha. It is the ultimate gaming experience if you ask me. Especially the goodfellas mod. You can be a drugdealer, gundealer, hooker, carsalesman and the list goes on. I am trying to create a browserbased mmo off of the concept.

Yes very fun, I would love to play a well run MMO like that.
