@mrmajic shouldn't it be "catch ya on the flip side" as stated by rocko on Boondock saints?
There are many possibilities for ways to incorporate travel, I do like tilemap systems but my personal fav is by using an image map and not drop down menu or i like command style "Walk North" etc.
Either way is good in its own way and purpose. I think if you combine them at times it can really make your game unique or through your players for a wild whacked out ride :d

isnt it WAYS to incorporate travel as stated by the oxford dictionary??
I am getting tons of requests for Javascript/Ajax and even VB.net tuts. I am going to at least get a little further with the PHP ones first so no worries. I am going to try to have a new one finished today.
