Indeed it is.

But i think i'm only going to progress with three developers, so one of the 'maybes' will have to compete for the place ;)

Make them do "tryouts" like the Joker did in Dark Knight :)

Id rather just give a small portfolio instead of the tryouts... I am not a guinea pig for testing purposes :P

C, C#, C++, Python, Pascal, Perl, Ruby, Turing

Software:
Adobe MC CS4, Visual Studio 2008, Notepad++,
NetBeans IDE, WAMPSERVER

Browsers:
Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome
(Always have latest patches for browsers.)

Free time:
