I've never thought of myself as an idea man, infact its quite the opposite. I know many programming languages but can never think of anything to do with them lol!

So I was sitting here at work and the word SkullDuggery popped into my head and I had this great idea to create a pirate themed MMO. This is an untapped theme for games and I want to get a small piece of it. I don't have any details as of yet, so I'm going to add it to my to-do list. when I get more information I'll let you all know

Well, honestly it is not really that untapped: Sampling of some of the pirate-themed MMORPGs out there, and there are numerous pirate-themed PBBGs. Maybe check some of them out, and see what they offer. From there, decide how you can differentiate yours. Or, an alternative strategy would be to actually not check them out so their features and design don't influence your design, and hope that you come up with something completely unique.

Well considering how many fantasy mmo's there are I still consider a pirate based mmo to be, well maybe not untapped, but howabout not as common placed.

Hopefully when I get around to designing it, it'll still not be common placed lol
