I bought it about 10 days ago and i am loving it, absolutely brilliant! Definitely the most fun i have ever had in an alpha of anything!

This is too everybody. MINECRAFT CLASSIC IS NOT A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF THE AWESOMENESS THAT THIS GAME HAS BECOME, CLASSIC IS TERRIBLE COMPARED!

I have had plenty of friensd come to the decision the minecraft was rubbish after playing classic, i showed them the game in its current form and they swiftly changed their minds.

I've only played Classic, but I've seen tons of videos that make me know how great this game is. But I can't afford to get addicted to a game between now and the end of the year - I'm too swamped at work. So I am resisting buying this... but it's hard

This game is 70% of the reason I'm not as far ahead with my current project as I should be.

Been playing this game since April of this year, back when infinite maps had first been added to the game and notch had only made about 600 sales. Now the game has over 600,000 sales. Unfortunately with the huge increase in popularity comes a huge decrease in the quality of the community :/

Looking at those screenshots made me think of sauerbraten.

Sandbox environments are always cool. Watch a couple videos and yeah looks awesome. Love the idea of being able to build and destroy and having to defend yourself. What was this built with?
