Stupidest movie I have seen in quite some time, well rather tried to watch. i could not even finish it. OMG was it stupid, Horrible writers and directing.

I saw a trailer and the title, and never gave it another glance after that, I won't even bother wasting my time with it :p

Craziness. I am still going to give it a rental because I really have liked the other stuff the director (Zack Snyder) has done, such as Dawn of the Dead (2004). I have also generally heard bad stuff about it, so I am not going in with huge expectations.

Hehe I saw the whole movie and yeah.. damn. It`s not even bad but it`s just weird. There`s a multitude of storylines interacting, so you kind of lose track on what is reality or what is not. In fact, in the end I was still waiting for the main character to wake up, like as if it was a dream or something. However, this didn`t happen. Really. Weird.

Well even the directing was pretty bad. You can't invest emotions because in the beginning they basically turn it to a "dream" scene so everything is fake and useless to you.

I think everyone should see it so they know how bad Hollywood has gotten and so they can see the worst movies of the year. Just be prepared to lose 2 hours of your life.

Hehe maybe. I don`t know, Hollywood is more on CGI nowadays then real acting. Oh well, it works for now. I mean, look how many big budget blockbusters are coming out. Transformers, Green Lantern etc. It`s all about 3D and CGI. Acting is something of the past.

But yeah, you are right. Emotions are useless in the movie. It`s really dificult to see what`s real and what`s not. Not to mention the story itself. Dancing to free yourself? Turning everyone else in zombies and in the meantime ( in totally different context ) get the items you need? Yeah, pretty thin.

The steam punk was pretty weak as well. Kinda of spit in the face of steam punk fans.
