It has been since 06' since I played Dungeons and Dragons Online. I had a nice large guild and had quite the fun time. I need a good break from things so jumping back into the game. Me and a couple friends are gonna get the guild going again and play. We are getting into a D&D kick again

DDO is free to play. 3.5 gig download isn't too bad. If anyone wants to jump in let me know. We will either use skype or the built in chat.

Did they change it to 100% F2P? I know when it first changed over a couple of years ago it was only F2P to a certain level, like LotRO is now or at least up to recently.

It is 100% F2P now, I used to play it but it kinda confused me but it seemed really really cool! I deleted it though to make hard-drive space.

My old character and guild is still there! Got me some money and items so anyone wanting to play I can throw you some stuff or money. Also can join the guild. Probably one of the oldest guilds in there, from 06'

It is quite fun and not laggy at all for F2P

This has me interested in playing again. I used to rock a level 12 bard-barrian. When get home I may fire it up.

Do they have a lite version you can download, like warhammer does (it then goes and downloads other stuff while you play)?

No got to download the 3.5. The installer they have is pretty quick though.

So I ran into a bit of a problem....that I have had off and on since the games original release. The series of videocards I love (EVGA) has serious issues with this game. My 8800gtx artifacts and crashes my computer after about 15 minutes of playing. I've only had this problem with DDO and LotR Online

I plan on playing but I have to get bootcamp running on my mac before I can play.
