Own a shop before the game begins!

I will need a few shops already owned so I will be giving away a few shops.
The first one up for grabs is your choice of
Weapon Shop
Armor Shop
Lumber Yard
Metal Yard
Mine
The contest starts now and ends Saturday at noon central time.
I need a quest giver and 3 quests from him for the game. The quests will be simple and will revolve around retrieving something. Like go kill 10 rats and bring me a tail, or my brother fell down a mineshaft and i need you to return his hat to me. They wording needs to be short but can have some detail. Around 50-500 words
I am looking for story and simplicity.
Points are judged as below
20 max
15 - Story
5 - Dynamics, name of quester, names of places, ect. You can make up items.
