Not necessarily declined, but shelved. Now its PIPA to watch

Its doomed. It will never see enforcement. The House is pulling support left and right (they are in continuous election mode due to 2 year terms), and the Senate may not be far behind. The White House put out releases today that they will not be signing it into law. The Court is waiting to shred this to bits if it is signed by the House White. Bills half as strong as SOPA/PIPA have been struck down as unconstitutional every time they come out. Of the 15+ internet regulation bills passed since the start of the internet, basically all of them were struck down.

This is so beyond dead. It is wasted effort to even continue, and I think they are seeing that. wikipedia really put it over the edge, though.
