I would just like to say how awesome this community is! This is the only community I have ever been able to stick with and for good reason. This post however is not just about how awesome this place is, it is also about the fact that Indie-Resources just past 40,000 post! :) Again, this place is awesome.

ah you beat me to the 40k post marker :) just kiddin glad the community cares so much to make a post such as this. Definitely a big deal.

If you were to make one post a minute it would take you 27 days straight to make 40k posts! If you did it for a job and did it for 8 hours a day it would take you 4 months.....

Yeah Halls that was definitely a fun fact! 40k doesn't seem that much until you say it like that :S

And then imagine if nearly every one of those posts you had to make every minute had to be chock-full of useful tutorials, programming answers, etc., and a smaller portion of them had to be witty entries in 3-word stories or links to funny YouTube videos! 8-)

Thought I'd add on to here. IR just hit 1500(1502 to be exact) registered users. Not all are active of course, but definitely cool to see so many people have joined such an awesome community. :D

I often delete inactive users so over time we have gotten quite a bit more. Many bots, many just users coming for a tutorial and leaving.

The traffic is still high but slowed down quite a bit and thank god. It gets to points where I cannot keep up and too much is going on :)
