After watching the pics several times, it seems to me that all the wall textures are the same ( I may be wrong ), i think that a little variety wouldn't hurt, because all that same shade of gray becomes monotonous after a while, especially for your potential player. Or you could leave it that way

Each city or town will have a different color scheme and different textures.All the buildings in each city will be textured similarly.

As far as the gray settings go I think it wont be a problem if you had alot of vibrant green colors, plant life, grasses, etc. And if you are using a higher end engine then bloom effects make the gray dissappear into the beauty of the wildlife. Just my personal opinion though.

looks good, i find games using the same color scheme look far nicer and easier to play.
