I found this app the other day and tried it and just simply FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. Of course at 19k a single license its not something I just go out and buy. But I am so far enjoying the demo. Loving the demo actually. I really like the collaborative design of the project. This would be great if your making a game like Grand Theft Auto 4. It also has real time traffic simulation. So I bet alot of agency's are buying this to do scale models of there new highways etc.. Because its truly amazing. Anyhow here is a youtube video and a link to the site.

It is pretty nice actually. You know I wonder when my trial runs out .

Maybe it doesn't and you can learn to hack it to use the terrain, that'ld save you alot of couch surfing
