Hi Guys & Gals,

This is Alan here (although I prefer Al because people don't know how to spell it. Allen? Allan? Alen? Geeze), and I just joined the forum. I love to join small communities because I think it's more fun and easier to make new friends & meet new people

. I really like the website, a lot. And I would love to be part of it. If I could submit content, or be a moderator that would be awesome. I love to see small websites grow.

I have experience in reviewing products, creating guides & tutorials, administrating and such.

For my back-story, I have been programming & designing websites for almost 11 years now. I use to create website layouts for websites, and I was pretty darn good at it. Oh how I miss the days when we all used HTML & CSS. Now we have these new languages, and website builders & such. I love the smell of some good, hard HTML. However, I have retired pretty much from website design. As for making games, It was something I really enjoyed to do, never completed much, but I enjoyed it and had a lot of  fun. After being inactive for years from game making and website design, I am hoping to make a comeback. And I think the people on this site could really support me. :)

I currently use FPS Creator, and DBP mostly, but have used C++ and C#. I am really hoping to release something of commercial value, although I'm sure not much will be made, my main focus is to just have fun. :)

I hope to get to know a lot of you, PM me If you want to talk.

I am limited as to what I can make though, because of my old computer, which I have had this whole 11 years.

Welcome to the boards! I on one hand cannot help you because when it comes to scripting you could hand me something that when typed it it deletes my registrar. But I try to be the graphics guy (one of) which, is more noticable when someone f'd up a model. But from what I know here, alot of people are pretty strong into the scripting aspect so you should have a strong community to support and help you with your crazy C# languages, MyPods and I-Spaces.
