Social Network Links for Profiles?

Something I have just begun using are social networking links with profiles. Would that be possible to incorporate here as well, to go along with the chat links?

For example, the "F" icon for Facebook, which tied to your profile here to your Facebook profile.
Similar to the Yahoo link.
In the profile section listing of information; for personal website, IRQ chat link, etc.
There is also Twitter (which I do not use... I really see no reason to tell people what I am doing during the day... but that is me), LinkedIn, etc.

But I do not know if that goes to the profile or not.
I had thought there would just be a package or plugin available and no need to code it in. I'll see if I can find it.
