U.S Bank accounts

Hi forum, I would like to know from the people which have experience with US banks if it's complicated or hard to make an account for foreigners, any especific bank that it's easier to make one? does the opening money needed is more than $100? I want to make one and I have a US visa, so I can show up physically if needed. I have googled and know its possible but not sure on which bank its possible.
The reason for this is that it takes forever for paypal and my shitty bank to pay me, and it can be easier to transfer the money to my bank in another way. Also paypal not charging for being a US bank account is another perk.
Any info will be welcome
Thanks!

Accounts are pretty easy to get but I have never had to get it as a foreigner. Most only require $25. What about a prepaid visa?

I don't know specifically, but I would just try the big ones: Bank of America, Citibank, etc. I would figure it would be easier with the largest banks, since they obviously deal with many foreign accounts.
You may need more money to open a foreign account, but Halls is right. At least for native accounts only $25 is required.

Another option would be try another service than paypal, for example google wallet:
