Well it's been a slow day, but I have been practicing my artwork and figured 'hey' nothing like breaking the silence with some good old models'. Anyways heres my batman (start to almost finish I geuss):

EDIT** Don't worry, I will be adding the spikes along the backside of the gloves, stiches, wrinkles, and other things as I go. I wanna make this a great model incase I want to 3D Print it :D

haha thanks halls, no inspiration so I figured batman would be cool seeing as I've been playing Arkham Asylum alot. Still needs some final touches but here is an update (Added spikes, boots, boot wrinkles, clothing wrinkles, more muscle, mask detail, shorter ears) soon to come (glove detail, more mask detail, boot detail, suit detail, probably more but can't think of anything right now) will post more as I go along.

Thanks Spirit!... I know I said that last one was my final but I had my brother take a look at him and tell me what was wrong, his calf was way to cramped and high up, so I made his lower leg thicker to look like it was actually part of his body, then added more seems along the suit to make it look complete. There is no cape for a reason, I didn't want to cover up my hard work on his back :P

It looks good but..

IMO he looks like "Batman: The Stripper". His muscle is WAY too defined for being in a body suit, it pretty much looks like he's naked except for his boots/belt/gloves/helmet. Especially with how Batman has looked in recent films etc, where his suit is pretty much made of kevlar, the muscles are more tech-looking since they are on the suit itself and not actually coming from his stomach.

That's just IMO of course, and you can leave it how you want, but right now it honestly looks like he has no clothes on.

Thanks for the point on that. To clarify things up I colored him :)

Absolutely nice work you have there! I am in awe. I wish I could model like that. Hell, I'm having problems modeling my star port... :?

Definitely looks a lot better colored in. Might still be a little too defined as organic muscle instead of his kevlar-tech-type suit, but it definitely looks good. Nice job
