Browser MMO Tutorial

Well as promised I am going to start on a Web browser MMO tutorial. I am going to make a generic game using PHP and MySQL.
This is how it will work..
Lesson 1 - Setup
I will go through setting up a local server and installing wamp. We will also test wamp by making a few simple examples. After the lesson has been uploaded(in video), I will place it in a category here that is only viewable by registered members where they can watch then we will have a Q and A on the lesson. This way everyone stays caught up and on the same page. I will also hold a Vent Q and A. We can also discuss after every lesson any ideas we want to add or change. It will in a sense be a community project and a tutorial. Members can upload their own pics to be used in the project. There will be a week or two delay between each lesson.
What I need and want now is ideas on what the game will be about, what kind of features, ect. This will be a generic game that starts out very simple, so keep it simple in the beginning.
