Just watch the
whole video. I would have thought it was a joke if there weren't injured people, because I swear there are 2 or 3 Zelda references in this.

I have never heard of Deep Ellum until now. Is it falling apart by the seams?

Yup, or at least, that's the perception of it now. I haven't been there in a few years.
