I hereby love downloading stuff on my schools internet. It is friggen ridiculous



I ran a speedtest and it said it was only at 15.2Mb/s though, which doesn't make sense...but I thought it was pretty sick that Max 2010 downloaded in about 2 minutes. lol

What makes me a sad puppy is when I realize that these huge organization $10,000 a month internet connections offer speeds comparable to what Europeans and Asians are getting in their home for $30 a month. I think in some other thread someone from Europe ran a speed test from their home that showed 68 Mbps

The internet infrastructure in the US is so outdated, and there is so much of it that it is unlikely that we will get blazing fast internet in our homes like they do even in the next decade. It is kind of sad that because we had it first, we have it the worst today.

I only get 1.1MB/s here. Just another reason why I'd like to live somewhere in Europe.

I am from Denmark so my internet is not so good :p atm i have 12bit but soon i get 40/40bit (-:
