How do I set up a temporary download link after a payment has been made through PayPal? Meaning, I buy said game, then it gives me an auto generated link of some kind that is temporary, so they cannot give the link out. I hope I am clear with that question, as I think I just confused myself.

you can do it a few ways. Pay pal allows scripting and such when a purchase it made. You can have it create a unique ID and runa script that puts it in your DB. Now when the user goes to your site to use that ID your site checks the DB and if it exists does its thing then deletes the ID.
