So me and a few of my buddies at work were talking about hosting in Azure, and found we pronounced it differently (though I think there technically is a correct pronunciation). It got us to talking about other common phrases, so I'm curious how you guys pronounce or say each of these:

Azure
# (what do you call it?)
Ubuntu
SQL
Apache
GIF (the age-old debate)

If you can think of any others that differ, feel free to post them!

Ubuntu is always a tough one. ah bun too is how i say it
Then there is Seqel or SQL
GIF is Giff for me

pound/number sign
Ooo-bun-two
S-Q-L
Uh-patchie
Giff, if it sounded like Jiff it would START WITH A J!

And yet I still pronounce it Jiff
