Basically in a nut shell, its an enterprise solutions page.
Allows us to do our work more efficiently then the current stuff we already use...access software, paperwork, locating, etc...

Ahhh, so it is a basically a grouping of tools for your workplace. Pretty slick looking, even if I am not sure what any of it means

Re: Work project
Thanks! I work in a data center. We move thousands of tapes everyday. (Tapes, not like a movie tape, but backup tapes). So in that menu that is being shown, collective handles the managing of those tapes, G Drive is a drive accessible only if you have access, separator is tool to separate tapes into different categories (what kind of tape are we searching for? LTO4...etc) Rotation sheet, is our rotations we have to perform on a daily basis. (If we complete it, it gets marked off showing complete, in working status or unassigned status). Send offsite, means if we have tapes leaving the campus and being stored offsite, this is the form that gets filled out, and offsite queue is for other people to mark off those forms stating that they have left the campus. So on and so fourth!!
Thats part of it, and I am re-writing everything to make it more efficient then the current one we use.
