TUTORIAL REQUEST: Adobe Flex 4 and Flex Builder

I am interested in learning the Adobe Flex 4 framework and using the new Flex Builder. If anyone here can provide me with a link to some tutorials (video tutorials are preferred), it would be extremely appreciated.

I don't think many of us have ever really got involved with FLEX.

Yeah, it is really not a game-friendly platform (all Flash platform game development is done in Flash Pro and not Flex) so it may be that only a handful of people who have used in professionally would even know of any tutorials.
