To be honest I've never really thought of JavaScript as a language to make games In. Did you try google?

gameQuery is the only one I know of. And technically you would have to say it is a jQuery library, although that would technically still be a JS library.

you never really thought of javascript as a language to make games? :o

I have found quite a few just thought people might have some I have not found.

The thing I have always seen is that the types of games I have looked to make in PHP/JS (PBBGs) don't require a huge amount of scaffolding like 2D or 3D traditional games do. Therefore, it was easier for me to create what I needed from scratch with jQuery rather than learn an engine just for some page effects. I have never really tried to create a rich 2D, animated game with JS (although I know it is possible) but if I did then a full engine would be ideal.
