Project management section

I am hand building a project management area for the website. Members can use it to manage their projects, post screens, add team members, add goals, tasks, progress public pages, ect...

I would like some ideas, comments, feedback on what you look for in a project management program. What features would you like to see?

Less is more. Only include things which are really necessary. I would actually recommend you to not have so much of a project management section, but a project section - with out the management. I just don't see how it would be necessary. Then again, the final decision is yours.

With that being said I only thing there needs to be 4 pages:

1. Main overview page
team members
goals/releases (a user-controlled progress bar would be good (ie. it is independent of time))

2. Design Document page

3. Media gallery
images
videos

4. An updates/blog area
And the blog area could be eliminated entirely by linking to a read-only topic on the forums which only the project members have permissions to edit.
A comments/questions category for each project in the forums might also be an idea.

I am already excited with the thought that someone will prove me wrong and want every feature possible.
