The Green Lantern

I saw this yesterday and I was very glad I did. The story was very fun for me to follow, the visuals were pretty good and overall I liked the cast. It was in 3D but the theater I saw it in is not the best which may have been why I didn't think the 3D effects were that great. Other than that I thought it was really good. I have seen some bad movies in the past few months, but was very surprised with this and would recommend it. The Green Lantern never really was one of my favorite superheros, but this movie made me change my mind about him. I wouldn't say it was as good as Batman Begins or The Dark Knight but it was still very enjoyable.

Overall I would give it an 8.5 out of 10.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. I feel the same way as you with the 3D aspect of it, but the space scenes (spoiler) were awesome. Though I never read the comic, so I wish they focused more in other aspects then where they did.

Those were the only time I felt the 3D added anything. They really were great. Most of the rest of the movie I didn't even notice them that much though.
