XMPP Protocol
I was wondering if anyone had any information on XMPP Protocol or if anyone could point me in the right direction. I would really appreciate it.

Re: XMPP Protocol
I was a fairly early user for Jabber when I convinced my company to setup a Jabber server to allow easy communication in the office so people were not having to wait on email replies or walk around. Since Jabber was pretty much self-enclosed and this was prior to XMPP becoming a separate protocol, there was no need to work in code, so I have not worked with it directly. It seemed interesting, and I think it could have some application to games.

Re: XMPP Protocol
Thanks Jack.
I plan on using it with Java, I am going to have XMPP take commands and send them to the Java app were the commands will be run threw it. It should be an interesting project and its similar to the Jarvis program I showed you guys earlier but I am going to make it platform independent(too keep halls happy).
