I cant run my project.
I have installed all possible components. (select all)
I can create a new project and select any platform.
But i get an error when i try to run it. to see it working. (the coding is good, no red tags or such)

when i hit the "run" icon, and the tab icon to see what i can run as.
All i see is a Grey "none applicable".
I think i have connected eclipse and android. as i can choose any type of platform.
so what am i missing ?
maybe more have had my problem, and hopefully an easy solution
(trying google for it also)
Edit:
Iam trying to work with android 3.2 in app platform. and that is lvl 13 in api level.
I tried to upgrade both: eclipse and android, but i have max already.
when i made my Avd, i loaded in everything, just to be on the safe side.
still i cant make my app run in eclipse...
