Mini Bulletin V2?

So I've been pondering for a while now and not come to a satisfying conclusion, so I thought ask you guys. As many of you know or don't last year I released http://script47.tk/MiniBulletin/login.php V1 - which realistically was shoddy and was never going to anything big - now however I am wondering whether I should either make a V2 with more features, and nicer design or move on to a complete new project which I have been thinking of, so a social site per say. So what are your ideas views on this?

Forums? there is tons of software for that. Social? Sorry, but I don't believe in social site. Just create something you need, or want, or have fun while doing it.
