Any suggestion for Ruby/Rails IDE?

Any of you that use Ruby and Rails, what is your favorite development IDE? I need it for the Web App Architecture course and I was wondering if anyone can suggest a good setup? I'm on Win7.

It isn't free, but Ruby Mine is really the cream of the crop. There are student discounts that knock it down to I think $35 or so if you can qualify for it (basically if you have a .edu email address and a student ID). I briefly was wanting to check out Ruby on Rails for a job I was looking at, and checked out various free IDEs and was not pleased. Ruby Mine rocked, though, as usual for JetBrains.

Looks like it has a 30 day free-trial, so maybe I can finish the class within a month, it is self-paced and has all the lectures and modules available.
