What makes a perfect browser game for you?
GUI setup?
Easy to understand?

All of the above. I enjoy a good multiplayer session for PvPing, but also enjoy a little alone time as well. It has to be easy to understand, and be able to pull you in to the story your playing. As long as it can pull you in, I myself could care less if it were 2d or 3d!! 
I also like it too have the ability to dominate and become an insane ruler somewhere for x amount of time. Why I played Archlord for so long.

All the above as well. It has to have everything a modern MMORPG has but in a non download form hehe. I personally don't care about graphics as long as I feel a part of the game and it gives me something to do at work. I also can't stand games that have an overly complex UI. Simple, Fast, Easy is the best way.
If the game has an end then I eventually quit once I hit that. If you do a "soft" end to the game but keep things like world domination, pvp, and other activities alive past the last level then it makes me want to stick around and accumulate things.
