Forsaken help again

Hey guys well as in my other post I uploaded forsaken sanctum to fsanctum.site90.net and when some people log in it will tell them they didn't get a confirmation email or something and idk why. Authenticate doesn't seem to have anything about registering email and when I registered an acount again a few minutes ago I used a real email and it worked fine. So idk what's going on but I need some help

Emails from php are unreliable, because they were sent from a shared server, if the ip of the server was flagged by their email provider as sending spam, it may filter it completely, and not be visible as being sent at all. If it were because of this, I would get rid of activation.

There may be another reason, but idk what else it would be either.

A lot of free hosts do not mail enabled. Check you phpinfo();

the email in the FS source means nothing. I never set it up.

But for some reason it says either the password is wrong user or email isn't activated. And I did a person name bb with the pass bbbb and it wouldn't let me
