The new Medal of Honor is quite possibly the worst Multiplayer battle game I have ever played.

Due to the poor game mechanics and level design it is nothing more than a Sniper fest. The weapons are so mis-designed that certain Sniper weapons are the end all weapon. They dominate close quarters and distant.

When you first enter the multiplayer you are level 1, most everyone else is level 10 or higher and have upgrades far beyond your crappy weapons. All you do is run around and get sniped. Even on small maps. 9 out of 10 deaths are from sniper weapons.

The starting sniper gun is so crappy it takes 3 shots to kill someone, while these other players have a upgraded that is one shot one kill and the delay on collisions is so bad you can have already taken cover and still get killed by delay.

The head shot collision box is the worst I have seen. Several times we could only see the head and had to shoot the person several times to kill them and still didnt get a headshot bonus. I played this with several friends and we were all taken back by how bad the game is.

I give it a 2/10...The 2 is for the controls only. They were nice. I give nothing for the graphics because I am playing on a 42" Plasma and it is still hard to see people. Everything is the same shade of brown or gray. EA forces you to play on their servers so you have to sign up, yes even on Xbox360 and it dropped 4 times while we were playing.

The Hardcore mode is nothing different. Still takes massive shots to kill someone.

Sniper weapons dominate close-quarters? What?! Most FPS games gimp sniper weapons in close combat by making you fire them looking through the scope, which makes aiming them next to impossible up close.

At least newer console games and PC games can be patched to fix serious flaws. If you bought it, I wouldn't chuck it just yet. Maybe at the least some glaring mechanic flaws could be fixed quickly.

I think however that COD Black Ops will win all..

Yeah I hated Medal of Honor. It was game designed for consoles to be friendly to everyone and they failed. I played it on both ps3 and PC and it was horrible on both. The game looks really good and the power ups are kind of cool however the little to no recoil and the crazy damage the guns do is just too much. As you said Halls the game is nothing but a sniper fest.

I have a huge problem with the graphics on a lot of the newer games MW2 excluded. It's really hard to see people and every one blends in. Maybe my eyes are getting bad in my old age and it might be my 32" tv but I can't tell the difference between a rock and someones head in Medal of Honor or Bad Company 2. I know some of the youngsters out there can see 1 pixel move on their 60" led tv's but too me that just looks like jagged edges on shitty graphics. I own MW2 on pc and ps3 and on my pc with a 27" monitor I have no trouble seeing anything but on my TV it just looks horrible.

I love Call of Duty so I'm looking forward to Black Ops as well.

Snipers have always dominated Medal of Honor, since the beginning. They treat sniper rifles like regular rifles with a scope meaning they work well both at close range and at a distance.

the bigger the TV the harder it is to see people. I do better on a 20" TV than my 42" plasma or 42" LCD.

Of course I would still rather us my Plasma

Will be downloading, i mean buying Black ops on the 8th so I can play on the 9th! May even take off that day.

Getting the Rock Band 3 guitar as soon as its released and waiting on Kinect for the 4th. Though it looks really Wii'd
