a blender blunder

Post by Dizuki »

Well as many know i am working on a project and have been doing most of the work as of right now in blender, but a weird glitch of some sort has arised. My a plain i was working on converted itself into some sort of a twisted solid. At first glance it looks like nothing is wrong, but once your in edit mode all hell breaks loose. It seems as though all the vertices split into 2-3 new vertices all in the same location. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced such a problem and if so what did you do to fix it? I'm useing blender 2.49. I've dumped alot of work into this model and i would hate to throw it away.

I am one of the few that do not use Blender and can't see myself ever using it. Can't get over the UI

The only issue i9 really have with blender (other then this problem) is texturing, and i heard that they improved it on the more recent version.
