[TEAM LOOKING] S.T.E.A.L.T.H Browser Based Game

Hey Guys! Im sorry I have not been on here for some time however im looking for developers knowledgable with PHP, Ajax and Javascript or either one of these options works. I have come up with a game idea that I feel people will enjoy. The game will be similar to this:

However, with your expertise we can work together to expand on the game idea and add a lot more ideas into it probably converting the game into people playing characters in both Good or Bad situations. For example, when a player signs up they are asked to choose either a Gang or a Civilian which then branches off into other areas such as jobs and whatever. I do need developers, artists and story writers but im sure we can do this! I hope everyone here can pitch in. It would help if you can contact me here or even on other sites.

About the S.T.E.A.L.T.H , what does that stands for?

And are we talking about what kind of game? Normal PvP & PvE game? Or there will be more.
