IM on a low budget (Max 55) and a low PSU (300w)
Im just loooking for a step up frmo my current card, 6150se.
Im looking at...
ZOTAC ZT-50604-10L GeForce GT 520 (Fermi) 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card
ZOTAC Synergy Edition ZT-60601-10L GeForce GT 610 2GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card
And then two things about the following:
Will it play just cause2? and will it run on 300w?
EVGA 01G-P3-2625-KR GeForce GT 620 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card
This is just too hold me over till i graduate boot camp next year, then im going for a whole new computer

According to these benchmark charts, both of those cards are quite low on performance.
For about $60, you could pick up a GeForce 9800 GT, which, according to those benchmarks, is about 3x more powerful than either of those cards. It appears to cost about $20 more than those cards, but for 3x the performance, you would probably be better of waiting until you have a bit more cash. The 9800 GT also happens to be the video card I use. It is not a monster, but it can play almost any game I care to play quite reasonably. My wife has one too with a bit more powerful CPU, and pretty much any game she has tried works very well.
EDIT: You may also want to look at the GPU Value chart, which arranges cards by benchmark score / price, so they are ordered by value
