Any Artist?

So guys, for my fish harvesting game, you may have seen, I want to get some small graphics in there and make it animated (mostly to appeal to mobile users). I tried Corel, and I'm not the best artist, and I got this :



I want that basically, but i was wondering, could anyone draw up THAT, but better, real quick? If anyone can draw that up quick and make it look nice, i'd appreciate it, if not, don't worry about it, I will continue working

Speaking of corel, however, does anyone know how to say, fill that "water" area blue or even the man's torso? I just drew them with that one line and the two sides of the body and it won't let me fill.
