I personally use Photoshop CS4, but GIMP is good as well

I am a PS CS4 artist. Signature above made by me.

I used to use CS3 (my wife uses it for digital photography) but I use GIMP now - from what I've seen so far, it's just about as powerful as CS3 was and it's free

Just get a download of Photoshop of torrents and your sorted. I'd advise getting the whole CS4 master collection. With dreamweaver and flash aswell.

I'm not going to pay for something if I can get it free. Plus, when you pay you might get a few privelages, but it's not as if you're going to make use of them. Also I could get a free legit copy of CS4 of school, but why botherhallsofvallhalla wrote:or do it the right way and pay for the products or go for the free ones.

You'd feel differently if you worked months or years on writing a program and then put it for sale only to have people download it for free.Chris wrote: I'm not going to pay for something if I can get it free.
Whether or not you can get it for free is irrelevant. It's the *right* thing to do to pay for software you use.
