There is a way right in WAMP to see what is holding port 80 hostage. Unfortunately, I changed to XAMPP, so I cannot try it out myself now to remember, but I believe you click on the WAMP icon, go to Apache (or maybe Services) and then somewhere in there there is an option to "Test Port 80", and it will pop up and say if it is open or being held by another application. If it is open, then you can move past any Skyppe or SQL Server Reporting issues. If it is being held, you can just use Ctrl+Alt+Del to end its services.
If someone who is using WAMP could find this option and tell him where it is, I would appreciate it
